Andrea Hopkey has served as President of Allstates since 2004. Andrea joined Viatech Services, a precursor to the present Allstates organization, in 1994 and has contributed to all aspects of the Allstates business. She has served in various roles ranging from Technical Recruiter to Director of Corporate Development. Andrea is an active member of the American Staffing Association, the TechServe Alliance (formerly known as the NACCB) and is a long-time participant of the Staffing Industry Executive Forum. She is also an attendee of continuing education and professional development programs through the Wharton School of Business. In addition to receiving Birmingham's Top 40 under 40 award, Andrea has participated in professional leadership forums, and the President's Industry Roundtable while at Allstates.

John Sanborn has served as Vice President for Allstates since 1997. John joined Viatech Services, a precursor to the present Allstates organization, in 1993. Prior to that, he worked for BE&K and Duke Power for 11 years doing various construction jobs including construction engineering, startup, project controls and project management. While at Allstates, he has been a valuable contributor in all aspects of the business, having served in various roles ranging from sales to general manager. In addition to receiving Birmingham's Top 40 under 40 award, John recently served as board member and treasurer of The Entrepreneurial Center-Birmingham's small business incubator.

Mike Sowell has served as Vice President of Finance for Allstates since 2004. Mike joined the BE&K family of companies in 2000 as a Financial Manager for NorthStar Communications Group, Inc. and was later promoted to Controller in 2002. In early 2007, prior to KBR's acquisition of BE&K and Allstates, he served as Vice President of Finance for BE&K Holdings Group which included NorthStar and Allstates. Prior to joining the BE&K family of companies, Mike held CFO positions for Consolidated Forest Products and Bedsole Medical.

Jeff Miller joined the Allstates' team as Vice President of Business Development in 2011. Jeff brings twenty years of leadership experience to Allstates and most recently served as President of Exxova Worldwide, a global technology consulting firm where he set strategy and led teams in the US and Asia. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner for M9 Solutions, an ERP consulting firm based in Atlanta.
In his current role, Jeff is responsible for managing Enterprise sales for Allstates' technical staffing and service lines, as well as, designing and implementing an overall Business Development strategy for the company. He is focused on driving revenue growth through the company's existing operations as well as through expansion of our national and international footprint.
Jeff is active in professional and community organizations and has worked with, among others, the American Staffing Association and Hiring for Hope.

Julia Jacobs has been the Director of Human Resources for Allstates since 2005. Julia began her career in Human Resources in 1989 as Training and Development Manager. She then transitioned into several new roles including Corporate Recruiter, College Recruiter, HR Generalist, and HR Manager. She has worked in a variety of industries including retail, paging, healthcare, and staffing. In early 2007, prior to KBR's acquisition of BE&K and Allstates, Julia served as HR Director for BE&K Holdings Group which included NorthStar and Allstates
Julia has achieved lifetime status with the SPHR designation, which is granted by the national Society of Human Resource Managers, which she is a member of, along with the Birmingham Society of Human Resources Managers.
